Responsibilities include concepting online design strategies for Mercedes-AMG and Cigarette Boat Racing, eCRM management and HTML/CSS coding. Working closely with Creative Directors and Project Managers to bring concepts to life while overseeing/ mentoring Junior Designers is a daily occurance.

Developed a creative department by implementing design structures and processes for an established and highly successful .NET studio. Provided site structure mapping and wireframing along with creative concepting and design implementation.

SENIOR DESIGNER. Think Monster. Atlanta, GA. (May 2006 - October 2008)
Member of a highly creative team for an award winning 10-year-old, integrated marketing and design firm. Provided an essential role in concepting and designing online and offline marketing materials for a wide variety of clients. Duties included branding and identity design, web and print design, photography, package design, flash concepting, digital illustration, email campaigns and client consulting.

Creative lead at an award-winning interactive firm. Formed design processes, project workflow and marketing plans. Provided branding, web and print design solutions that resulted in an increase in regional company awareness. Duties also included concepting and designing custom software applications used by many companies in the carpet industry.

Member of a creative marketing department in suburban Washington DC. Duties included concepting and designing marketing materials for national banks, property management companies and small businesses. Also was responsible for providing concepting and programming of all multimedia and web based projects.

Provided creative design strategy and direction. Responsibilities included branding and identity campaigns, web design, photography, digital illustration, print design, concepting and developing promotional materials.

Interactive designer whose duties included creating brands, interactive web site design, Flash animation concepting, new business development research, leading client meetings and creating internal marketing materials.
